Daily Supplements

With the environment being polluted and everything being synthetic and processed, it is good to supplement your diet with good natural vitamins and minerals. Click here to see my choices.

Synthetic vs. Natural Vitamins: What’s the Difference?

Natural vitamins are derived directly from plant and animal sources, with minimal processing. They come bundled with naturally occurring cofactors like enzymes, bioflavonoids, and minerals that help your body absorb and utilize the nutrients more efficiently.

Synthetic vitamins, on the other hand, are created in a lab to mimic the chemical structure of natural vitamins. While they may appear identical on a molecular level, they often lack the synergistic compounds found in whole foods.

Growing L. Reuteri

Growing Lactobacillus reuteri culture at home—usually in homemade yogurt—can offer powerful health benefits. It supports gut health, boosts the immune system, increases oxytocin (which improves mood and social bonding), and promotes better skin, bone, and dental health. Homemade cultures often contain much higher levels of live bacteria than store-bought probiotics, are more cost-effective, and give you full control over quality and ingredients.

Workout Routines

I’m not an expert or a licensed trainer, so always do your own research.  I am currently 57 and I hit the gym about 4 times a week, sometimes more. I’m not a bodybuilder, I’m just trying to stay healthy. Click here for more information about my weight training exercises.
